Working with Laurie was great. We had our house on the market with two other agencies and were not successful in selling our house. Our house sold within one week if sig ing in with laurie and at asking price. During the closing things didn't go smooth because we signed from a different state but Laurie was there to support and push things through with high sense of urgency and we were very satisfied with her diligence and care. My wife and I highly recommend Laurie.

Laurie is an outstanding realtor. Great market knowledge, responsive, communicates well, very good service and follow through. We were very lucky to find Laurie. We had no realtor and made one property inquiry on Zillow on a Saturday afternoon. Laurie responded right away (2 days before the agent for the property) and set up several appointments to see the property as well as similar properties for the next day, Sunday, which was important because the property we wanted sold in 2 days (to us). Laurie had a purchase agreement ready Sunday afternoon and we submitted to Seller Sunday evening. Without Laurie's prompt response and good service, we would not have been successful in buying the property we wanted.

She quickly identified our needs and exceeded our expectations, she kept in touch in a meaningful way, she listed our home and hired an amazing photographer who made our place look so good that we fell in love with our home again. Offers and interest poured in within hours! She helped us get $10,000 more than we hoped for -- faster than we imagined. Her negotiating impressed us. Laurie also helped us find a home that we loved. The best part was that she arranged it so we were able to do both closings and the move in one week so we only had to move once. Simply amazing! What a gift!! She was at first personable then I noted that she was quick to pick up on exactly what I was looking for in a market where everything is going so fast, she found what I wanted she got me in before it was sold and she negotiated a price that was in my budget in this type of a market, that's amazing! what a talent! I moved fast and she moved faster not always the case with others. If you're at all questioning who you're working with your not working with Laurie Rouse. I like clever people and she's clever and that worked on my advantage when I sell this house I will sell it through her. No question in my mind that she would be the best at selling my house I am so lucky to a found her. Quick knowledgeable and clever what more could I ask for and always upbeat even when tragedy came to her personally she was still there for me when any normal person's reaction would be to turn and help her she was still helping me as my aunt would say FUNTUSTIES Dutch for fantastic.

Laurie is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the real estate business and process of buying and selling your home. She gets to know you and your family and tries to take each member's preferences into account. She pays attention to the conditions of homes for sale and is knowledgeable about structural issues and contractors for reference. She is professional, punctual, and does a lot of legwork to make the process more convenient for you. She will work carefully during negotiations and research comps and make sure you get a reasonable price. She also has some policies that favor her client at closing time. We enjoyed working with her and are happy with our new home.
